Contemporary architecture in a parkland setting

The design of NETPark mixes traditional and modern materials, with quality and design reflecting the innovative technologies carried out on site. Landscaping and architecture are developed along sustainable principles.

Where possible buildings will:

 

  • use materials that will reduce environmental impact
  • attain BREEAM ratings of excellent
  • be efficient in energy and light usage and include recycling facilities
  • use local materials
  • be future proofed in terms of ICT

     

    As occupancy increases at NETPark renewable energy will be considered.
