PETeC Development
PETeC is a national flagship centre currently under construction at NETPark for the development of plastic electronics technologies. These are revolutionary technologies that independent forecasts predict will be a £16 billion industry by 2015, and a field in which the UK is one of the internationally pre-eminent innovators.

Innovation Village Development
The Innovation Village will consist of 5 bespoke R&D "NETPods" for companies needing expansion or investment space with minimum disruption. Developed by Helios City, the Pods will be available in sizes of 725, 465 and 232 sq m. Helios plans to give the new developments every green credential possible.
