The NETPark Incubator provides 1600 sq m of space for growing and established small companies and project teams. The building has an adaptable mix of laboratory and office space available on flexible occupancy terms. Rent, rates, utilities, telephone, some stationery, parking, security, reception, cleaning and maintenance are all included in the monthly charge, with other services available as required.

Companies at the Incubator are supported as much or as little as they like from the simple provision of an internet connection through to full membership of NETPark Net. And there is space to expand at NETPark with the minimum of disruption.

There are currently 7 companies in the Incubator, including two regional Centres of Excellence.

The success of the NETPark Incubator has led to the construction of Phase 2 (complete in late 2008). This extension to the existing Incubator will more than double the space available.
